When clicking on "finish" quiz, and when I click on view results. the quiz says that I still need to attempt it once even though I did it already and it is not show me my results.

Under the topical section for me I finished my quiz and then it told me that i had to do the quiz once to check results, idk what is going on i did finish it trying to look at my results but it won't show.
