Thank you for bringing this to our notice. Currently, teachers are unable to edit the time & deadline on a quiz after it has ended. In fact, teachers are unable to make any changes to the quiz once the students start attempting it.

As a result, our team will now be working on a new feature that will allow teachers to change the deadline/duration of the quiz even after the students start attempting it.

We will update here when the feature has been rolled out.
